Anne Roe

Anne Roe is the Senior Director of Technology Delivery on Tidal Basin’s Information Technology team. She is an accomplished and innovative technology leader known for her commitment toward managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and driving growth priorities. With a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and quality products, Anne has a proven track record of leading successful software development projects and managing 3rd party applications.

Before joining Tidal Basin, she served as a Senior Systems Program Manager at a financial technology (fintech) company, where she led the strategic delivery of high-priority initiatives in 3rd party systems and tools. Prior to that, Anne served as a Platform Owner and Director at another industry-leading financial technology company, where she managed numerous third-party vendors, optimized platform roadmaps, and streamlined customer service staffing by integrating chatbot services. During her tenure, she worked closely with Product Leads to discover novel applications of platforms, delivering highly scalable services at a notably low cost.

Earlier in her career, she served as a Senior Client Success Manager at a digital and customer experience transformation solutions firm and as a Director of Operations at a consulting firm. Anne’s diverse portfolio signifies her ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. She is adept at implementing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Anne graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in History and is a certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®). As a mentor to her peers and junior team members, Anne believes in the power of effective communications, creating scalable solutions and vendor management. Anne is dedicated to building strong client and team relationships and aiding the companies’ growth through innovative solutions.
