
Frank C. Sardelli has over 15 years of experience in various financial reporting, planning, analysis, and operations functions. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Tidal Basin Group. Before serving in this role, he managed and oversaw all day to day finance and accounting functions while serving as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Tidal Basin’s Project Management Office (PMO), directing a team of dedicated project, finance, quality, data, and contract management professionals.
Frank joined Tidal Basin in 2013, as an accountant. Throughout his tenure he has been involved in all aspects of financial reporting and has provided vital financial analysis through processes he has developed. He has previously overseen all financial and budgeting processes for Tidal Basin’s program management services of the Tu Hogar Renace ($1.7 billion FEMA program) Sheltering and Temporary Essential Power (STEP) program for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, which was the largest STEP program in FEMA history. He also served as the Business Management Officer for the Alliance for the Recovery of Puerto Rico Joint Venture and as a Project Manager for an audit related to a Disaster Case Management (DR-4085 DCM) FEMA Grant to New York State for Sandy relief.
His past employment experience before joining Tidal Basin includes financial reporting at a mid-tier property and casualty insurance company, and small business accounting services at a local CPA firm.
