Jessica Henry brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Project Manager and Planning Team Lead at Tidal Basin. With a decade-long background as an ArcGIS Specialist, Jessica has made significant contributions to emergency project management.
Her notable accomplishments include the development and integration of the CVS Health Enterprise Preparedness program and the CVS Health Operations Center. She also spearheaded the creation of Rhode Island’s first standardized hazard mitigation planning template, assisting municipalities in meeting FEMA review criteria. Additionally, Jessica designed and deployed the web-GIS-based Rhode Island Floodplain Mapping Tool, which provides detailed flood risk information for statewide structures and is utilized by both public and private sector practitioners.
Since joining the Tidal Basin Planning and Mitigation team over two years ago, Jessica has been a pivotal asset. Her dedication and expertise ensure that our clients receive the highest quality services, reinforcing Tidal Basin’s commitment to excellence in emergency management.
