Jorge Cadiz has over 15 years of experience in auditing, process development and mapping, quality management systems, Six Sigma, and project management. He currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality Management for the Project Management Office (PMO) at Tidal Basin, where he oversees all aspects of the Quality Management System, including the measurement and management of operational excellence related to quality and customer satisfaction and the improvement of projects under the PMO.
