
Laura deLoach is the Chief Administrative Officer for Tidal Basin with more than 24 years of emergency management experience. She supports the operations division by overseeing human resources, recruitment, training, logistics, and travel. She previously served as Vice President of the Resources Management department, Director of Grants Management, and Project Manager during her tenure at Tidal Basin. Her areas of expertise include governmental accounting, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and compliance.
