Senior Director, Marketing
Lea Price is the Senior Director of Marketing for Tidal Basin Group. She supports all marketing initiatives and works closely with key stakeholders internally to provide strategic, integrated marketing solutions to increase brand awareness and create value-added solutions for our clients.
Lea is a strategic marketer with 13 years of experience related to marketing, business development and capture and proposal management. She has successfully implemented internal and external communication and marketing processes, training strategies related to proposal management and external client relations, and proposal development and implementation within large corporations and small businesses.
She has identified and executed cross-selling strategies across multiple practice areas and regions globally, and provided education, training, and direction to clients and to marketing, business development and technical team members. She excels in providing insight and understanding to cross-selling, strategy, business development and nurturing strategic clients, and the correlation with proposal development.
Lea’s holistic approach to marketing, business development and capture and proposal management has allowed her to strategically execute and direct marketing, communications, business development and proposal solutions to small businesses and large corporations alike.
Lea has a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Minor in Marketing from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. She is an active member of marketing organizations, including the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) where she previously served as the Director of Education for the SMPS Maryland chapter, served as a committee member on the Programs Committee, and received the 2017 Rising Star award. Lea is also a young member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
