She has supported our clients with some of the most critical responses in recent years, including the COVID-19 Pandemic vaccine distribution and the emergency rental assistance programs for Florida, and the immediate disaster response to the Maui Wildfires for Hawaii. While running those program teams, she also served as our Chief Administrative Officer establishing the internal structures necessary to support our strategic growth and developing and executing the acquisition plans to expand our technology capabilities with our acquisition of Capraro Technologies, Inc. She also led the strategy and design for our proprietary software, Phoenix OneCase, and prioritized our system roadmap.
She joined Tidal Basin in 2019 with a wealth of experience in the construction and disaster recovery industries, having served as a Director of Project Solutions for one of the nation’s largest general contractors and an executive advisor for their software partner. Also, she was a Senior Project Manager overseeing joint venture operations for an initial $163 million federal contract with task order awards exceeding $300 million. As part of that operation, she managed a team of more than 600 staff supporting 6,000 contracted inspectors who completed more than one million disaster housing inspections in less than 100 days – including a record-breaking 24,000 inspections completed in a single day. She also led the joint venture through a successful ISO 9001:2008 recertification audit.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and an MS in Information Systems/Information Assurance. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) specializing in planning and executing strategic initiatives, resource planning and development, data analysis, business process analysis, and organizational change.
