FEMA Debris Management

Under the Public Assistance (PA) Program, FEMA does not require applicants to complete a Debris Management Plan; however, a FEMA-approved Debris Management Plan will reduce potential issues once the PA Program is activated in the future. Tidal Basin reviews our clients’ current procurement and management plans in order to identify gaps. We work with clients to update their debris plans and bring their Debris Management Program into compliance with the FEMA Public Assistance Debris Management Guide which outlines its recommendations for debris plans, and the process and requirements for approving plans. Tidal’s knowledge and expertise ensures that clients are prepared for potential debris removal operations.
