Aaron Gostynski is a dedicated emergency management professional with extensive experience in state and federal disaster recovery and response operations. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, data analysis, and program compliance, Aaron brings a results-driven approach to every project. His expertise includes managing non-congregate sheltering programs, ensuring policy alignment, and leading multi-faceted teams to achieve critical goals in post-disaster recovery.

Currently serving as an Associate Project Manager at Tidal Basin, Aaron oversees key recovery initiatives such as the coordination of eligibility campaigns and the development of standard operating procedures for sheltering logistics. His leadership has been instrumental in assisting over 2,300 families secure necessary aid and in ensuring sheltering programs operate efficiently while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Aaron’s career includes experience as a Program Lead and Eligibility Specialist, where he cultivated a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and client operations. His prior role as a Case Worker for the Department of Children and Families further strengthened his skills in advocacy, resource coordination, and crisis intervention.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information and Management from Seminole State and has earned numerous FEMA certifications, including IS-100, IS-700, and various advanced training programs. His commitment to supporting communities through expert emergency management solutions reinforces Tidal Basin’s mission of building resilience and fostering recovery across the nation.
