Emily Sprague is the Assistant Vice President, Engagement Management. She has over 13 years of experience as a Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBGDR) housing expert and has worked on CDBG-DR and FEMA Permanent Housing Construction (PHC) programs for some of the largest disasters to affect the US mainland and territories, including recovery from Hurricanes Sandy, Harvey, and Irma/Maria, and Typhoon Yutu.

Emily’s work with housing programs includes repairs and reconstructions for existing buildings inside and outside of the floodplain, as well as elevating existing homes to bring the structures into compliance with current regulations (including building codes, zoning/planning regulations, and flood zone requirements).
