Deputy Director, Recovery
Jared Beatrice serves as Tidal Basin’s Deputy Director of Recovery. With over a decade of experience in emergency management, Jared brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise in disaster recovery and crisis management.
Previously, Jared held roles that demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills, including Deputy Project Manager at Hagerty Consulting and various positions within the New Jersey State Police. Notably, Jared was instrumental in coordinating New Jersey’s emergency management response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jared has a knack for turning complex information into expertly written procedures, maintaining an eagle-eye attention to detail. He has successfully managed multibillion-dollar recovery projects, delivering strategic goals on time and cost-efficiently. By identifying and implementing process improvements, he has consistently elevated team productivity and project efficiency.
Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Scranton and has completed extensive training in fields related to emergency management and leadership.
