Program Delivery Manager (Federal – FEMA PDMG)

Tidal Basin is expanding our Federal Disaster Recovery Cadre. This Cadre is composed of dedicated individuals who wish to help communities in their time of need.  We are part of a larger team of Technical Assistance Contractors (TAC) who deploy alongside the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide technical assistance for the delivery of the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program, which assists State, Local, Tribal, and some Private Non-Profits recover and rebuild following a natural or man-made disasters.    

This position is expected to be forward deployed to the site of federally declared disasters but may also require work from your Residence of Record (RoR), hotel room, FEMA’s Regional Offices, FEMA Headquarters, or other facilities, dependent on the needs and requirements of FEMA, the Prime, and Tidal Basin.

If you have any of the following experience, you could qualify as a Program Delivery Manager (PDMG) on the FEMA PA TAC contract: Project Manager, Construction Manager, and/or Engineer (Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Coastal, Mechanical Engineer, or Professional Engineer (P.E.)).

Mechanical Engineer (Federal – FEMA PA TAC)
