Senior Proposal Technical Writer

We are a growing consulting firm in need of a dynamic and reliable Senior Proposal Technical Writer to support our Tidal Basin proposal services team.

As a Senior Proposal Technical Writer, you will work collaboratively with all members of the proposal team, business units, regional executives, capture teams, subject matter experts, and executives. This role assists in gathering data and contribute written content, inclusive of technical and general approach language, and project descriptions. This position is crucial in forming and transforming our messaging to align with our new brand narrative and incorporate it throughout our proposals.

You will be required to interview subject matter experts to gather necessary technical knowledge and information to formulate cohesive and effective narratives. These narratives need to properly showcase our understanding of the client, the program(s), and scope of work. They also need to highlight the features, benefits, and differentiators of Tidal Basin’s services offering.

Project Manager – Public Assistance

Tidal Basin continues to grow its team of experienced Emergency Management consultants with an opportunity for a Public Assistance Program Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team leader with a solid understanding of comprehensive emergency management. Including: disaster recovery, capable of managing multiple tasks with demanding deadlines. This person will bring extensive project management experience for federal, state, and/or local emergency management contracts. Candidates must demonstrate a successful history of designing, planning, and managing full lifecycle projects.

The Public Assistance Project Manager must possess in-depth knowledge of disaster recovery and FEMA Public Assistance. We may consider remote work for candidates living more than 50 miles from any of our corporate office locations. However, candidates living within 50 miles of a designated corporate office should prepare to report onsite. The ability to travel to client locations and deploy for extended periods of time is a requirement for this position.

To qualify for Tidal Basin’s Project Manager position, a minimum of three years’ experience as a project manager in Emergency Management fields, particularly in response, insurance, or hazard mitigation, is essential. Candidates with Emergency Management-related certifications such as PMP, CEM, MEP, or BCP are highly preferred for this role.
