Program Delivery Manager (Federal – FEMA PDMG)

Tidal Basin is a part of a larger team of Technical Assistance Contractors (TAC) who deploy alongside the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide technical assistance for the delivery of the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program, which assists State, Local, Tribal, and some Private Non-Profits recover and rebuild following a natural or man-made disasters.    

Consequently, this position is expected to be forward deployed to the site of federally declared disasters but may also require work from your Residence of Record (RoR), hotel room, FEMA’s Regional Offices, FEMA Headquarters, or other facilities, dependent on the needs and requirements of FEMA, the Prime, and Tidal Basin.

Moreover, if you have any of the following experience, you could qualify as a Program Delivery Manager (PDMG) on the FEMA PA TAC contract: Project Manager, Construction Manager, and/or Engineer (Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Coastal, Mechanical Engineer, or Professional Engineer).

This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DHS/FEMA Clearance and badge.

Intake Specialist CDBG DR

Tidal Basin seeks a candidate for the role of Intake Specialist for the ReOregon program in Lane County, Oregon. The Intake Specialists will work closely with community partners and wildfire survivors to assist them with submitting an application to the ReOregon program.

Furthermore, the Intake Specialist serves as the primary point of contact between the applicant and the program and is expected to provide exceptional customer services while assisting the client in coordinating necessary services and resources to address their sheltering or repair needs. Intake Specialists will be responsible for meeting goals and objectives as assigned, complying with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements, and adhering to all contractual or prescribed stakeholder expectations or requirements. 

Additionally, the Intake Specialist will support ReOregon applicants to submit a complete application so eligibility can be verified, including but not limited to, household composition of prospective applicants, income, home ownership, and assistance from other federal programs, and insurance, in order to identify any possible duplication of benefits.
