Tidal Basin employees recently conducted and facilitated a workshop with Northern Virginia Public Safety and Emergency Management personnel. This workshop is the first step in developing a regional incident coordination plan to help manage incidents involving the Metro system, Airports Authority, and Dulles Toll Road.
