We are excited to welcome Catherine Clinch as the President of Tidal Basin’s Federal Services Division. With over 30 years of experience in business operations, program management, and strategic development, Catherine brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our team.

She will lead strategic growth and operational efforts to support disaster response, recovery, and federal programs within civilian and DoD/military sectors. Her innovative approach and proven track record will undoubtedly strengthen our mission to provide impactful solutions in disaster management.

Catherine’s extensive career is a testament to her ability to drive results. Prior to joining Tidal Basin, she served in key executive leadership positions at industry renowned global A/E/C firms. During her tenure at these global firms, she quadrupled the federal business and led major initiatives, including managing FEMA’s largest feeding and housing missions, leading a Puerto Rico Task Force, and contributing to the COVID-19 Task Force.

Her efforts also secured $950 million in contract recompetes and expanded a sustainable business division in the Caribbean.

In addition to her impressive career, Catherine served on the Board of Directors for the Border Patrol Foundation and the Washington Homeland Security Roundtable and is active in professional organizations such as Women in Homeland Security, ASFPM, AAAE, and IAEM.

Her academic achievements include a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry from Kent State University, advanced coursework in Environmental Management at Cleveland State, and an Executive Leadership Seminar at Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
