About The COSCDA Annual Training Conference
The COSCDA Annual Training Conference offers timely training to state administrators of HUD programs in community and economic development, housing, homelessness, and disaster recovery programs. It also offers an opportunity for the program sponsors to exhibit and network with state administrators.
