The Tidal Basin Proposal department is pleased to announce the addition of their newest team member, Michele Durrani. Michele joins us as a Proposal Manager and will be the proposal liaison for the Mitigation team.
Michele Durrani is an experienced proposal manager skilled in business development, capture, and proposal development. Her previous experience includes serving as Proposal Specialist at A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. in Chicago, a firm that offers services in architecture, engineering, construction, and interior design to companies in the government, hospitality, industrial, and transportation markets. During her time there, Michele drove the production of responses and submissions for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for federal, state and local government agencies and businesses in the commercial and public sectors.
Prior to her work with A. Epstein and Sons, Michele served in various roles at Serco, a company in Dubai, UAE that provides essential services to businesses in the transportation, health, aviation, and integrated facilities management industries. During her tenure at Serco, her responsibilities spanned leading bid projects, bid quality assurance, proposal support and review, and stakeholder coordination. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Kinnaird College for Women.
