Tidal Basin’s Chief Development Officer, and FEMA’s Former Acting Deputy of Resilience, Carlos J. Castillo, was interviewed by news media outlets in New Orleans and Houston on Friday, August 21st to discuss additional steps FEMA has taken to prepare for major storm impacts such as the double threat from Tropical Storms Laura and Marco next week.
