Please join us in welcoming Charles Young, III, to the Tidal Basin Project Management Office (PMO) team! Charles is a Senior Director and serves as PMO Contracts Manager.
Charles is a strategic management executive with experience in leading all facets of corporate, governmental, and non-profit management. Prior to joining Tidal Basin, he served as Contracts Manager at a manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution company that serves government and commercial agencies. Previously he supported a national private government consulting firm that specializes in disaster recovery, resiliency, and homeland security as the organization’s Project Manager of Subrecipient Programs and Contract Management.
During his nearly 17 years of professional experience, he has also held various roles at the local level, including Community and Economic Development Deputy Directory for the City of Harper Woods, Michigan, and Chief of Staff for Detroit City Council.
