Laura took on the role of Assistant Vice President in 2021 and has since supported Tidal Basin operations by managing all recruitment, training, logistics, and travel. Matching the growth we’ve experienced since last year, our Resource Management department has also expanded to ensure we can continue to provide excellent service to our clients. During that time, Laura oversaw the addition of several new Resource Management team members to bolster our recruiting and onboarding efforts.
Laura previously served as a project manager and Director of Grants Management at Tidal Basin. She has nearly 25 years of experience with grants administration, and her areas of expertise include governmental accounting, budgeting, procurement, contract management, and compliance. She is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the Florida Government Finance Officers Association.
