Please join us in welcoming Dawn Mascoll to the Tidal Basin family! Dawn is a Senior Director supporting the Community Development, Housing, and Infrastructure team with a focus on contract and client management across our portfolio of projects, as well as resource management.
Dawn is a highly accomplished, tenacious, and seasoned professional, with over 20 progressive years of work experience and success as an attorney and in business and compliance matters. She has an extensive background in providing astute leadership, vision, and market knowledge by directing cross-functional teams and developing innovative strategies.
Dawn is equipped with extensive experience in disaster recovery including work in federal, HUD, and CDBG-DR grants management and compliance. She previously served as Assistant Director of Compliance and Senior Counsel for the New York State Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery.
