As the new Director of Capture, John Bumgarner is assigned to ascertaining business pursuits, and provide the leadership, coordination, resource allocation, and strategy needed to prepare winning bids.
John has over 16 years of experience in civil engineering and utility construction. Prior to joining Tidal Basin, John served as Area Manager at Faulconer Construction and Director of Capture, Pricing and Strategy at DBI Services.
John received his associate degree in civil engineering from Spartanburg Community College and his bachelor’s degree in construction management from Western Carolina University.
