Please join us in welcoming Nikole Souder-Schale to the Tidal Basin family! Nikole is a Senior Director supporting the Community Development, Housing, and Infrastructure team.
Nikole is a public health advocacy and planning professional with a talent for process development and strategic agility. Prior to joining Tidal Basin, she created and oversaw the contingency and risk management plans for a major nonprofit focused on supporting medical research and community health awareness.
Her most recent role there included the implementation and leadership of a campaign planning and development division, a new sector of the organization that seeks to maximize health impact beginning at the local level. She initiated the association’s first public policy grants and propelled its future advocacy grant process. Her work revolved around establishing and utilizing metrics that allowed the organization to analyze and prioritize initiatives, objectives, current engagements, and future trends.
In addition to her public advocacy experience, she has also served as a senior legislative assistant in the State of Florida.
