Tallahassee, FL — To date, OUR Florida relief has reached 215,712 households across Florida. More than $1.19 billion has been obligated to support families with past due rent and utilities.

“Eligible families are finding meaningful relief with OUR Florida,” said Melissa Gordon, Chief Administrative Officer of Tidal Basin Group, which manages program delivery of OUR Florida. “And we’re doing everything we can to support applicants through the process. We continue to strengthen the operation and add team members. As a result, wait times to reach the call center now average just under one minute.”

Applicants who need assistance to complete their application can reach a specialist through the call center: 1-833-493-0594. The call center accepts calls seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
