Please welcome Hannah Kimbrough to the Tidal Basin family! Hannah joined the CDBG/Housing & Infrastructure team as a Senior Project Manager and will be leading the Florida Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) project that Tidal Basin was recently awarded.
Hannah joins us from a professional services firm that offers design, implementation, and comprehensive management services for large-scale grant programs to address recovery, housing, infrastructure, and economic development priorities. There, she served as the designated policy lead for Louisiana and Florida’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) housing assistance programs, supporting a wide range of program management services for the firm and its CDBG-DR clients. She worked with the program’s Project Management Office team to develop and manage compliance with program policies, provide oversight functions related to policies and procedures development, and coordinated with programmatic functional areas to train and develop standard operating procedures that supported overall program structure.
Hannah has years of experience with federally funded grant programs during her time as Deputy Program Manager with Task Force Louisiana Rebuilders, where she handled program management for the Light Property Maintenance contract for the Road Home Corporation d.b.a. Louisiana Land Trust, which was put in place to manage the housing stock damaged by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Hannah’s prior experience also includes her role as a project manager for a major disaster recovery program where she served as the Project Management Office’s lead representative. In her project management capacity with the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program (RLHAP), she was responsible for coordinating a large number of activities and managing the operational processes for the entire program. These critical functions included development and maintenance of the program’s standard operating procedures and policies, coordination of policy meetings with senior management and state officials, creation of workflows and communication protocols for program-wide dissemination, and a host of other project management activities.
