We are pleased to welcome Dana Johnston, MBA to the Tidal Basin team as our new State Director with the Business Development team. Dana joins us with experience in all areas of disaster management for the public sector, a focus on strategic regions and services by engaging clients, associations and establishing partnerships at the city, county, and state levels.

Dana brings over 20 years of experience in client acquisition and management, marketing, capture and proposal support, with more than seven years in the emergency and disaster management industry.She is very active and has established strong relationships with numerous national, regional, state and local industry associations. She served a five-year term on the Resilient Counties Advisory Board at the National Association of Counties (NACo) and has presented at resilience sessions at conferences and meetings.
