Paul Taylor, Regional Vice President for Tidal Basin Group and US Army Colonel (Ret.), was recently featured on the “Make Your Move” podcast with Gene Moran, where he shared his experiences transitioning from military to civilian life.
“It’s common for former military personnel to struggle to fully adapt in the early years of their new civilian careers. These men and women often need help to navigate the culture change they are experiencing,” said Taylor. “In sharing my experiences on this podcast, I hope to help our military veterans understand the importance of cultivating relationships that can open the doors to new and rewarding post-military career opportunities.”
The podcast host, Gene Moran, is a retired US Navy Captain and former Vice President of a large international defense company. Gene later created a company helping defense and security companies navigate the entire funding spectrum and successfully receive federal funding. His podcasts aim to guide military veterans in planning a post-military career.
