We are excited to announce that Caleb Muckala has joined Tidal Basin as our Associate General Counsel.
With over 20 years of experience as an attorney, Caleb brings expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and technology transactions. His ability to deliver tailored legal solutions in fast-paced environments makes him a valuable addition to our team.
Throughout his career, Caleb has streamlined procurement processes, mitigated legal risks, and negotiated multi-million-dollar SaaS agreements, IT services contracts, and large-scale EPC deals.
As Associate Vice President of Procurement at the University of Oklahoma, he modernized policies, implemented new systems, and reduced the time to contract for major deals.
Caleb holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oklahoma.
He has also pursued professional development in negotiations, leadership, and quality management, staying current with industry standards.
