He demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead a team and showcased his aptitude for identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative systems, and fostering a culture of continuous development. The substantial cost savings of over $500K that resulted from his initiatives underscore his prowess in operational efficiency and financial stewardship.
Beyond his technical expertise, Luis remains deeply committed to community engagement and professional development. His board service with the Asian American Center of Frederick demonstrates his leadership capabilities and dedication to uplifting local communities and fostering inclusivity in business.

Luis is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. His financial proficiency is supported by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the same institution.
